  • The large Community hall will cater for 95 guests with or without a bar

  • The hall will easily hold a bouncy castle for children’s parties and the hall is suitable for .....

FANTASTIC PRICES FOR HIRE

Event with bar - No booking fee, requires a £100 deposit (terms and conditions apply & refundable subject to minimum bar spend) and a non refundable £25 cleaning fee.

Note bookings with Disco and Bar may attract a further event supervisory charge

   Event without bar - £20 per hour room charge (minimum 3 hour hire), plus a £30 refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply) 

                                

  Wakes: Free of charge. (Please notify us upon application regard numbers and refreshments requirements)

The Mainstone Community Association and Sports & Social Club is your perfect venue - you are welcome to come in and view our facilities.

 

Note the Community Hall Private Hire is administrated and managed by the Sports & Social Club. Applications are processed by the Bar Staff in the Social Club

Please contact the Sports & Social Club on 01752 768068 with your enquiries, noting only preliminary reservations can be made over the phone. Booking forms with deposits should be made within 2 weeks of the reservation.

Hall Hire

Just a reminder that our function Hall charges remain one of the cheapest and best for your function requirements. (See the Web pages for details)

Note in particular that we wave any hire fee's for Wakes when held in the Social Club. Although this is always a difficult time for loved ones we can discuss your requirements in a sympathetic manner just contact us by phone, email, fb or in person.

A member from the membership team will be at the club on the following dates and times to accept renewals/new memberships in person
Monday 2nd February 7pm-8pm
Friday 6th February 7pm-8.30pm
Wednesday 11th February 7pm-8pm
Friday 20th February 7pm-8.30pm

Existing and new members may renew or apply at anytime by completing the forms held behind the bar. Payment must be made at the time of renewal application and posted in the box at the end of the bar. PAYMENT BY CASH OR CARD ONLY.
Cash payment must be included with the membership form, Card payments must be made at the bar and the receipt needs to be attached to the membership form. 
Membership cards will be available for collection at the bar once the application has been processed
