FUNCTION ROOM HIRE - Terms & Conditions

Are you celebrating a special event ? and looking for somewhere to host ?, why not have it here in the Mainstone Community Association Function Hall. It really is an extra special venue and its close to your doorstep!
 

  • Our large hall will cater for up to130 guests with or without a bar

  • The hall will easily hold a bouncy castle for children’s parties (subject to size restriction)

  • Weddings (Confetti is not permitted to be scattered in the hall)

  •  Birthday parties

  • Christenings

  • or any other event including Wakes *

* Notes Hire costs are waved for Wakes when held in the Social Club building

*We do not normally cater for 18th or 21st Birthday celebrations

Prices for hire

Event with bar - There is no booking fee, just a £100 refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply*) and a £25 non refundable cleaning fee.

Note bookings with Disco and Bar may attract a further event supervisory charge

   Event without the bar - There is a £15 per hour charge for the room (minimum 3 hour hire), plus a £30 refundable deposit (terms and conditions apply) 

                                

  Wakes: Free of charge. (Function may be held within the Social Club building depending on timing)

*Deposit refund dependant on minimum bar spend - terms and conditions detail

           

The Mainstone Community Association Hall is administrated and managed for Private Functions by the Sports & Social Club. Call us on 01752 768068 or call into the Sports and Social Club
