Memberships

Our Membership Categories are Sports and Social Club Member; Community Association and Sports and Social Club Member and Sports member. The Fees for each category are as follows;
 
CA &Sports and Social Members (Full) - Initial application £15 and £15 upon annual renewal
Sports and Social Club members (Full) - Initial application £15 and £15 upon annual renewal
Sports members - Initial and annual renewal membership £10*

NOTE: Only Full Members are able to vote at the AGM or cast votes at any extraordinary meetings. Additionally, Sports memberships are only available to player participants of a team playing in leagues as the 'Mainstone Sports & Social Club' such as Darts, Euchre & Pool etc. Upon cessation of playing for a particular Sports team, membership should transfer to the Sports & Social Club Category..

YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SHOW YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD IN ORDER TO ENJOY MEMBER PRICE REDUCTIONS AT THE BAR.

The Membership Year runs from  from February 1st until January 31st the following year. Application may be made at any time during an operating year but renewal will still be required for the year that follows on January 31st. Renewals can take place anytime from late January, please see the notice boards, Facebook or the website for details. *Member benefits at the bar cease to apply if renewals are not made within the renewal period and up to 31st March, and will only then reapply once membership is renewed.
